Statement of Policy

Hours: 8:30 to 5:00 CST, Monday - Friday.

Ordering: To hold errors to a minimum, please make sure your order is read back to you when ordering by phone.

Terms: Please pay from invoice. Our terms are 30 days from the date of invoice.  Except for C.O.D. & credit card orders.  The orders with special discounts is on merchandise only and not allowed on freight charges. The discount will not be allowed when any other discounts or special offers apply to that merchandise. 1 1/2% per month (18% per year) will be charged on all past due accounts.  Buyer will be responsible for attorney fees in the event a collection effort has to be made.

Customer Qualifications: Midwest Frame Supply is a wholesale supplier.

Credit: To establish credit, please furnish the names of three references and your bank. Orders for accounts without established credit will be shipped C.O.D..  Past due accounts over 60 days from the date of invoice will be moved to C.O.D. until the account is cleared.

Shipping: Orders will be shipped via UPS unless truck is specified.  Orders for moulding over 8ft. in length and 40 x 60 matboard must be shipped by truck.

Minimum Orders: We have no minimum orders.

Matboard and Foamboard: All assorted sheet stock (except Flawboard and Cardboard) may be used for quantity pricing.  On orders of less than 15 sheets there will be a $5.00 packing charge.

Length Moulding: We have no minimum.  However, we do not cut moulding to obtain a desired length.  We will cut moulding so it may be shipped via UPS.  Length moulding being shipped via UPS or truck totaling less than 20ft will have a $5.00 packing charge applied.  Larger orders will carry the following cash discounts if paid within 10 days: 300’ assorted... Less 5%   -   500’ assorted... Less 10%.

Chop or Joined Frames: Frame sizes are based on the exact size of the piece to be framed. We will make a 1/8” size allowance.  If you want an exact fit (no allowances), use the word “EXACT” after giving your frame size. Liner frames should be ordered to fit the picture, then order the outside frame “TO FIT” the liner.  The frame will then be cut accordingly. Metal Chops do not come with hardware. Please make sure to order the hardware you require.  Quantity orders for chop and joined frames carry the following discounts if paid within 10 days of invoice: 10 + frames (Same Size & Same Moulding No Discount on Joining Fees)... Less 10%.

Prices: Prices are net wholesale FOB Springfield, MO.  PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

Claims & Returns: Claims for damaged shipment must be made by immediate notification to carrier and retaining box and packing for inspection if required.  If shortage, defective, or incorrect merchandise occurs, please notify Midwest Frame Supply immediatly. For authorized return of merchandise, there will be a 15% restocking fee.
